That'* actually a really good price for a decent house in The Cities. We got lucky, the last people that bought the house (it'* a foreclosure deal) paid over 184,000 for it.

It'll be worth a lot more than we're paying, hopefully by the end of the year. I'm putting in the "POTENTIAL TO MAKE 3RD BR IN UPPER LEVEL", expanding the garage to 2 cars, and desperately need to remodel the kitchen. Cool part is, except for laying the slab for the garage extension, I've done all this work for a living before....

yeah I noticed that but still will be all yours...you can do what you want. Is there room to make a driveway or is it too narrow?

It'* too narrow. But I already got plans to expand the parking area in the back, and then the garage itself...

This damned deal better go through. I've spent way too much energy making plans for this house!!
