Funeral To addend to on Saturday

Thanks Matt for mentioning this horrible tragedy, I was going to mention it myself. I watched the memorial service for the fallen heros and it was so sad and at the same time amazing to see so many come together for these brave men. Police officers from all over North America were there. The one thing that kind of made me mad was that in all the news reports from the US, not one mentioned the killings.
On a day like that I am proud to be a Canadian.

My father is RCMP. He'* been in the foce for over 35yrs.
Two people from his detachment went out for the funeral service. Both were in the same training troops as two of the slain officers.
Dad himself went to a special service held at H-Division HQ here in Halifax.
Our entire nation morns the loss of those fine men.
