Man
Man, this kind of blows. I left a post on this already a couple hours ago, and now after I'm reading through I don't see it anywhere. I'ma go back through and try to remember what it said, but chances are it won't sound as smart as it would have 2 hours ago. haha. here goes nothing..
Okay Sir SmokeAlot...cigs do have resin, it'* just called tar or what have you.
I wish it would have only taken me that long. It literally took me an hour and 45 minutes to dig off the grease. blah!
Definetly, that'* what I always use at work. It just couldn't cut it though with these windows. wow.
I'm going to say this: Will you, right now, walk outside with a razor blade, take one of the corners, and make 10 two-foot slices across your windshield with your eyes closed, then open them to see what happened?
Didn't think so..
I wouldn't..
Umm.. dude. Cigs.. don't have resin.. but weed does. If you touched it.. would it not come off your hands? Yep.. weed.
it took me 45 minutes to clean her windshield
What you wanna use is newspaper.
they dont scratch it all
Didn't think so..
I wouldn't..

I'm not going to pretend to be a glass pro or anything like that, and I'm not trying to start a fight. I don't mean to offend you, Gameover. I've always heard that newspaper is the stuff to use on residential glass, so it would probably be the thing I would use on my car. Please let me know if I have my facts wrong!

When I worked at the local F*rd dealer back in 2000 the local Police Chief'* daughter traded in her Ford Tempo and I got the job of cleaning the crap out of that car. The windows were covered extremely thick with smoke from ....WEED!!! Yep, weed, Chief of Police'* daughters car, and she still lived with her parents. I can't believe he let her get away with that -you'd think he'd at least make her clean the shi+ out of the car before she traded it in for the sake of not blemishing their family'* name and fathers reputation.
It stunk SOO bad in there and we ended up getting replacement seats from a local salvage yard since we couldn't get the smell out of them.
