Ever hear of this band?

My brother in law let me borrow a disc, Italian band. I'm enjoying what I'm hearing(they sing in English). Kind of hard to describe what genre they are, kind of like metal kind of not. :?

Melodic opera metal without the glass shattering high notes? I guess that is a bit of a long title for a genre. I like to think of them as a better Evanescence.
