ive seen em around but while browsing summit i ran across it..makes me wonder if it actually does anything...i don't think its worth the price..i could build one for a few dollars lol

The concept is probably to reduce turbulence and get a smoother flow of air. Doubt it would make that much of a difference. You could always just get some aluminum piping for the same price instead of the factory accordian material to reduce turbulence as well, and it would look better to boot.

They make no difference what so ever !!

Kinda like the electronic rust prevention things.... Huge waste of money, So much so that the inventor has been sued over and over

Definitely a waste of money. There have been several consumer test done on similiar devices and none have captured any improvements - except the sellers bank account.

haha..i might still build one just for kicks..i mean ive got enough ''scrap'' metal laying around...and i had a electric blowerr thingy i forget what it was for and i made an itake for it and put it on a four wheeler lol

I would be afraid I would blow my car up with that.

There was a guy on the show pass time, and he had a electric supercharger. And he said so no the show. I wonder how hard it was for those guys to keep a straight face.
