The same thing with "Multimedia Audio Controller" PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 4, device 1, function 0).
Your video driver is a Geforce 6800, that is the driver you should have on it...

The PCI input device is a Modem, you have a 56k modem in the system it sounds like...Unless you use dial up you dont need it and can remove the modem if you like (it is a pci card with 2 phone jacks located in the rear of the system), if you want it for fax reasons or what not, you can downlaod a driver HERE

In regards to the Multimedia Audio Controller, this is your sound blaster audigy card, there should be a CD somewhere that says CREATIVE on it or SOUND BLASTER on it...it does not say dell on it I dont think.

NVidia has a blanket driver for WinXP, if that'* the OS you're using. In fact, I think they have a blanket driver for each OS.

So, you won't find a driver specifically for the 6800, but it works just as well.

dell has one that is specfically for the 6800, you can download it here however you can also use the NIVIDA driver from their support site with no problems as well, basically if one gives you problems the reccomended thing to do is to try the other one.

That'* good advice. Usually, I'm a stickler about having manufacturer'* drivers, being the gamer that I am. It seems they always have the edge.
