Drive home from work was downright dangerous today. I just went slow, and made it fine, and was having a great time watching an old Isuzu P'UP in front of me.
We are currently at 5*, temp dropping. Forecasting south of the 0* mark. Smashing records tonight, I hope the car doesn't start, because then I would have an excuse to call in over night.

A good day, relatively. After the rain let up at around noon and the plows had their fun, the highways were spectacularly clean. For the first time in days, I could safely stomp on the gas.
Of course, as I got close to home, the snow started again. A quick lull in the action, I suppose.

LOL, it'* funny to hear from New Mexico with cold and harsh weather. Randy...that'* kids stuff for us up here. Heck usually I'm driving 60-70mph on a snowy highway. Want a picture of some snow to make you feel better?
The cold is just cold, the car will start...lol

Felt very dukes of hazzard plowing through the foot and a half snow wall blocking the far end of the on ramp and merging on to the 10 lane sideways. I drove right through the blizzard, right down the middle of my 5 lanes. Couldn't go faster than 35-40 without the snow/wind throwing the car all over. The front tires were acting more like rudders. :P

Sunny and 16 here today. Looks like it finally broke up. Puxatawney Phil didn't see his shadow yesterday but I'm not believing the tale. Next snow slated for Saturday and the next week plunging back into single digits. I need to go dig the snow from around the GXP wheel wells. Or be replacing pitted rotors again.
