She didn't really get PWNED, although she did get embarrassed on national television. Unfortunately, that really fine print at the end of the show that flies up the screen really fast explains that if you drop your legitimate small claims court case and agree to the judgment of the People'* Court show, they will pay any judgment out of the show'* fund. In other words, there'* a $5000 fund for each case. In this case, the plaintiff won all of it, and the defendant walked away scott-free.

But still, it makes for good TV.
And yeah, the daughter is hawt.

It'* obvious why that'* on a TV show and not in a real courtroom. Any real courtroom would laugh them out. Read the auction description before you bid. The auctioneer didn't "deserve" to lose any money, The bidder did. If you're too dumb to use eBay, dont.

It entirely wrong to ship an item that doesn't fit the description of the auction, But if that exactly what the auction is for, That'* what you bought.

It'* like if somebody sees an auction for 3800 injectors while looking for parts for thier L36. Sure it'* a 3800, But if the auction states that they're L27 injectors, The bidder really has no room to bitch. You bid on the wrong thing, you own the wrong thing. Read the description better.

Ok now i think your just stupid.

So if someone SCAMS another person that is 100% ok.

This is not the case of bidding on the wrong ITEM it a case of tricking someone to by something that they dont think there going to get.

It would be like Selling a CAR or a SCer on ebay and putting in Tiny Text at the bottum "this is for only a Pic"

THAT IS A SCAM.!

SCAMS ARE ILLEGAL!

thats all there is to it.

Hey, opinions are like a**holes. I just happen to put a little more responsibility on the buyer than you.
