I hvae Verizon as well. They lock out the Bluetooth (headphones only)
But, if you buy or "find" Motorola Phone tools, you can transfer anything you want by USB. You just have to lie about which Razr you have

there a loop holes to get free ringtones and pics, but should have to jump thru loops for that. im still jealous
