sledding injury of the season! I went to the iciest sledding hill in the county, and came home with a concussion. My husband pushed me down the hill, I spun around, hit a bump, and slammed my head against the ice. I managed to stagger off to the side before passing out.

On Friday, I got stuck for the first time this season. I don't have my truck back yet (need a new driveshaft), so I was stuck in the Neon for the first major snowstorm. It kept bottoming out, and finally got thrown into the ditch because I bottomed it out a little too fast. Whoops! It'* funny that my RWD Bonneville was so much better in the snow...I limited slip.

Anyone else had a sledding injury or gotten stuck yet this winter?

got stuck three nights ago.

stopped to give a woman a jump at slightly after midnight [didnt envy her chances of getting home without help . . . wind chill in teens], pulled in front of her and got stuck. the irony is that i got stuck too far from her car to give her a jump.

we worked together and got my car out, pulled closer [alongside] and tried to give her a jump. battery was shot [someones been adding water to the cells - naughty naughty] so i gave her a ride to her apartment.

So you got to be a hero already this season! I'm sure she was eternally grateful, especially if it was anywhere near as cold there as it was here.

There has to be a post on this, but I can't find it. Do tell?
