i think microsoft'* blue screen of death is infecting printers now

I like the part where the supposed computer guy sees that..and leaves it there to burn the image into the little screen all night.

Gotta call and suggest a reboot of the printer. Just like calling Tech Support at any company... :P

ehh just yell at wren, im sure he will whip up some laser been to fix it

Unplug the thicker of the two cords in the back. Get your tongue very moist, and lick the end of it that plugged into the printer.

Just checking for proper power supply to the unit.

I totally agree with the diagnostics though.. tell us how that works baaaaaadnit.

The saddest thing is that I would have done that if he told me to. Took me a while to figure out that part...
