Yeah, I refunded you guys a long time ago. hahaha I felt bad about even accepting it in the first place. But I knew it would be a while before I could file so I gave you the money back.
But I should have a spare $35 this Friday - though my brother basically thinks I should just hand over my whole paycheck to him for rent. Friggin' drama finds me all the time.

Bill, I'd love to, but then my family would put a world of guilt on my shoulders because I moved out. I basically feel obligated to stay despite how badly I need to move closer to work to avoid paying $300/mo. on gas.
Anyhoo, it'* been a long time since I e-mailed the owner of the dealer last. He'll have no idea what'* coming. I wish I had this done the last time I went to the court. I technically have 6 years to file these papers, but I wanted it done months ago.

But Bill I gotta warn ya, my brother doesn't charge me anything so plan on handing over $10 every 1st.

Papers were filed on August 31.
And surprise surprise, I got the same lady as last time. It took her 15 minutes to get off her arse and attend to me at the window. She fed me the same BS so she could try and get out of doing her job. I was even more prepared this time though.
I'll be searching the small claims cases online to see when they get sent to the dealer. I should probably get something in the mail when that happens too.
This ordeal started 8 months ago. And it will probably take another 8 months to get the money too.
And luckily I still have the title to the Chrysler.

This guy is in MUCH more trouble than I thought!! Check out all these lawsuits people/companies have filed against him:
lawsuit.jpg
These range way back from 2000. He'* LOST ALL THESE CASES! He owes close to $8000 total if not more. This does not include the 3 people who have commented on the NBC site under my video that have been scammed by him too. These people said they were filing claims too.
I am writing to the Attorney General again tomorrow. Reminding him (or those who answer his e-mails) about my case, and about the huge amount of lawsuits his dealership has been under. If this doesn't cause the AG to investigate him and shut him down, I don't know what else he would need. This guy should NOT be in business! I'm so heated up right now I want to drive down there and burn his business down.
