Yep. Having a little party at my house watchinrg a movie and stuff. Seth and Cade, my good friends and Lisa. Lisa is not a girl friend or anything, we tried that out but shes not my type, probably because we have way too much in common. Never works out that way but we are still good friends. Then there was "Jeremy from 2 years ago he just met up with again that night at the bar" I actually met the guy 5 years before Cade ever knew him when I was in Junior High and lived about 4 blocks from him. He used to be a preppy football player but we still had some stuff in common back in jr high. We hung out everyday after school for a semister or so. He started to get into drugs and that was the last I'd seen of him since I was 14 or so. Fast forward to 2007. So we leave the bar, I was not drinking other than one coors light since I was not really in the mood and dont drink on Mondays hardly ever. Everybody but Cade had the day off on tuesday or did not have to be till work until late.

Anyway so we head back to my house to watch a movie since Cade nor Seths house have AC and lisa lives with a bad roomate, well not bad but 5AM wakeup schedule for work. Jeremey wanted to hang out so Cade said he could come over. I told him where my house was. We all show up around 1PM. Hang out till about 3 and cade says he wants to go home since he is waking up at 9. He had a few beers so decided to leave his car at my house and I'd drive him home since I was still sober.
Jermey said he wanted a ride too and apparantly lives right down the block asked if she would give him a ride home.

So seth, cade and I head to my car and lisa and seth head to cade'* car.

We were gone probably around 15 minutes or so, I get back close the garage and close it. I noticed that lisa'* mustang was still where it was orginally was when I left as with Jermey'* truck. So I go inside to see where they are, didnt see them anywhere so I go outside to my porch (it has a couch in there). Jeremey was sitting on the couch with his head on lisa'* leg. I said "if you guys want a ride home or something I can do it for you" Jeremey said "Na, i just want to sleep here". Lisa looked at me with an odd look and I noticed she had a bruise on her right cheek I didnt notice before. She kept asking me to get Jeremy off her leg, I picked him up and dragged him over to the other side, sat down and smoked a ciggerate. He started to say, "No I want my pillow back" I said, no man, you cant I think you better just pass out on my couch and lisa can go home. Meanwhile I noticed Lisa was acting kind of strange. I'd never seen her look at me that way before. I said sure thats cool, let me grab him a blanket. I go inside and grab a spare blanket and pillow. When I get back ouside Jeremey is gone and Lisa said that he ran down my street "like he was running from the cops" but left his keys on my porch. I said, "I'm sure hes too drunk to be out driving anyway and will probably pass out on someone'* lawn and be ok. She said, we should find him, I said why, he was grabbing you and you were trying to leave. Lisa said "No, I think he was just too drunk to know what was going on, he told me he just got out of jail for a couple years and had not drank since." I said "What, he was in jail, what for?" She said he told her he was in for Fellony Possession of a controlled substance and for Agrivated Assault" I said "Wow, I never knew he was in Jail, he seemed like he was pretty sucessful" since he was telling me how he was a manager at a local pizza place.

I ask Lisa if she is ok, and what happened to her cheek, she said he accidently slapped her just flirting around and it was "no big deal. She said "It was an accident, but I really dont like your friend, he was really creepy and seemed like he was crazy, I think he just had way too much". I said "No, that is not no big deal for him to touch you like that since you dont even know him, that is bullsh*t." Lisa said "Well why did you have to leave me here with your friend?" I said "Lisa, he was not really my friend, but I did trust him not to hurt you, I thought you were giving him a ride home." Lisa said "Yeah we were but we got in my car and he said he wanted to smoke a ciggerate so we went back outside, then he woulnt let me leave the couch" I said "Look, thats honestly bullsh*t unless you were into it, which it doesent seem like it, I'm really sorry for leaving you here, I thought everything was ok". She said "dont worry about it, Cade and Seth really had to get home since Seth'* girlfriend is calling and Cade has to get up early". I said "Yeah, but if I knew things were going to get out of control I would not have left you here with him" She said "Dont worry about it, just dont do it again". I said "Lisa, I'm sorry I will never leave you with a guy you dont know again but I dont want to do that everytime, especially if you actually like that guy" She said "No dont do that...I dont know what to say, I guess it was my fault too, I could have just gone home and made him sleep until he drove home" I then said "yeah, but if he ever hurts you again, you'd better dial 911, you dont have to say anything they can trace your cell phone if you are on long enough, or go to the bathroom or something

2 Seconds later, I'm still standing up with my head faced away from my sidwalk, I'm near the edge of my porch, I hear something "you aint never calling the cops on me you son of a b*tch". At the same time I felt a pain in my left leg and obviously just got my knee kicked out from under me. I remember falling into a head-lock of some kind and next thing I know I'm being bunched in the face trying to block them, I almost break free but the guy somehow kicks me in the "privates" and I'm yelling in pain. Lisa meanwhile is trying to kick and jump on the guy and pulling out his hair but he just threw her across the sidewalk, this is where it gets shady but I distincly remember my hair getting grabbed onto and being smashed into my own porch concrete a number of times and next thing I know I'm laying in a pile of water (in my case blood) and I hear Lisa screaming and yelling at me and crying. She said "oh my god I cant believe I could not help you, I tried to get him off you but he was too strong, I told him to stop I told him to stop and was kicking at him as hard was a I could". I said "Lisa, its not your fault, he obviously doesent like me anymore and is a scumbag, You need to go home now, I cant talk my jaw hurts, please just go home because I need to go to the hospital". She said, "I can take you to the hospital, I said, no I'll do it myself, I got it under control, I'll get blood all over your car" She said, "No, I'm not leaving you here, I thought you were dead". I started to yell as hard as I could as I noticed excruciating pain from my Jaw... "no, just go, just go home now, please lisa get the f*** out of my house" She said "Fine whatever I was just trying to help you" I said "No sorry lisa I'm sorry I'm in a lot of pain right now but I want to deal with it myself ok?. She then walked out to her car and left. I went for the liquor cabinant and started drinking everything I could find to try to take the pain away. I then dialed 911 and 20 minutes later 3 cops show up, I dont remember too much after this since I was pretty drunk and in a lot of pain but I remember waking up in the hospital saying I was ready for surgery 8 hours later. I got out this evening after spending 2 nights there. Here are the graphic results of what happens when your head is smashed aganist the concrete:

Jaw broken in 4 places completely. 2 up near the top of the right jaw, once near the top of the left jaw and almost in the middle where my chin is, off to the left.

My right eye also hurt really bad and I noticed blood from my left eye dripping pretty bad. I felt pain in my left chin and felt something moving. This was no good. I waiting for the cops to show up as I continued to drink vodka straight out of the bottle to try to forget about it and take the pain away. It worked pretty good as I dont remember anything until after surgery.

The only downside is that I may have permanent numbness on my lower lip since the bone got smashed sideways and severed the main nerve thru the lip/chin also some numness on the rigth side that may be there for ever...but at least I still have a jaw. There is a 70-80% chance I'll be able to eat hard food again, lots more options, as of now I have 3 metal plates in my jaw along with several feet of titanium wire holding it togehter. I guess I can live with some numbness, my whole leg is numb from when I fell off a cliff last year (some of ya may still remember that one).

the cops told me today he was on fellony probation for 4 years and 6 months as of today and that he may get attempted murder in addition to agrivated assault.


My jaw is stappled shut for 8-10 weeks in which case I will have a followup surgery to fix the rest of my jaw and re-inforce it with more "metal"

My eye was fixed with just some "surgical fishing line" so it was just cracked, not broken.

The mutliple small concussions I have on my skull are going to let them be for a while, they are not super serious, just large bumps right now. I only got hit hard on the jaw since it was concrete.

Holy ****..... I usually don't read stories like this, but damn. I can't believe how someone can do that to another human being.

If he was to fight like a normal person and hit in me in the face so I had a chance to hit him back and knock him out instead of pulling me off my porch backwards and slamming my head into the sidwalk. I've been working out nearly daily lifint weights getting back in shape and might not be the best fighter but I've won more fights than I lost when I was in high school...last time I had to pull my fists out. I've grown out of fighting these days.

Last I heard he was arrested trying to leave to utah, thats what some cop told me tonight. Since he is on felony probabation for a similar thing he will probably be in jail more than 10 years. Especailly if he gets attempted murder which likely will happen with how close my jaw was to my brain.

Psychos like that need to be locked up permanently!! I dated one and he would go into rages after drinking. He broke my nose while I was driving down the street. I'm sorry she had to go through that and you too. You definately need to be sure who you are hanging around with.
