Yes the 500 hp M5 is tempting,............good luck finding one in someplace other than your dreams,.....can you say unobtainium? The 760iS is a stretched out, (long wheelbase), 560 hp 6 liter V-12,........... and its sweet to a big car lover. Also a bit over both our heads,.......... I'm looking for a '95 to '99 740i, (4 liter V eight) or even better a 750iS, (5 liter, V twelve)........... pre iDrive, pre redesign,......... A bit more within my means,... and more obtainable than an M5 that lives only in the magazine pages for folks like you and I. BMW = grins, and thats a lot to say for a BVille lover at a website devoted to them. 'Nuf said, Brian

For the money of the 5 series I'd get a real sports car. 2 door, no nonsense. Those new BM'* are kinda looking like BM.
Maybe a Noble M12 GTO.... An Elise and a daily driver... C6.
