I went to walgreens, and got a remote <you know, the stupidly big one>. in the codes listed, there are 6 for directv, none of which work with my receiver. now i work for directv, and i KNOW, that directv uses only one code set for all of their receivers <well 4 technically, but only if you want to program using differant code set>. what can i do. all i can think to do is call the tech support of the remote manufacturer and complain and see what can be done. but they dont even offer contact information in the manual. what can i do? here i am a dtv tech support guy, and i cant program a remote. you guys gotta help. i would at least settle for contact information for the company innovage, which is the maker of the remote. this really upsets me
