Good quality? anyone have any sears air tools? My air-tool budget is small, but it is needed mainly for taking tires off my car, I have a bad back and airtools will make it easier for me.

It'* Craftsman..if you aren't happy..they'll work it out.

2 gallon is a bit too small for that gun though.

I say that because I have a 20 or 30 gallon and a half inch gun takes a lot of air to make torque. You need a little more reserve air

I have been wondering about compressors too. What is a good capacity, psi, cfm?

Wow! My old one looked just like that - grease & all. It was pretty tired though, my dad got it back around 1978 or so.

...But we got indoor plumbing this year, so I filled the outhouse:

Go big, or go home.

I have a 25 gallon 3hp craftsman, rated at 100psi 12.5cfm.
It works great but have to give it time to recover when in heavy use, ie impact gun
Its a good size for home use, not perfect in every situation but the price was right and it has'nt let me down.
