OMG!! My house is Identical to yours minus the garage! Except mine is backwards. It used to look exact to that.

Bill, you know im afraid of heights, but I'll help with whatever I can

The roof looks awesome!! How long do they usually last? Like 20 yrs or so?

$6k is not too bad I guess for a new roof.

A roof will usually last the amount of warranty on the shingles.

They come 15, 20, 25 + years IIRC.

These are 45yr architectural (sp?) shingles. they start at 30yr and go up to lifetime.
6ft of Ice and water barrier up from the edge of the roof and stay-flat tar-paper or whatever its called. Plus new drip-edge & ventpipe roof things (real technical eh?)
23squares, if any roofers wanted that info, just dont ask me what a square is...LOL

and just in time too, expecting to get 8-15 inches over today and tomorrow.

and Bill, I knew you'd like that!
