Yes this post was made out of boredom.
Your house -

Is the same as my house, and my 2 neighbor'* houses but backwards!
Neighbors - (empty, owner died)

Ours, and both neighbors were built in 1955 all at the same time. How about yours?

LMAO - I'm positive it was built in the later 50'*. I would need my wife to pull the deed to see the actual year it was built.
Thats funny, I've never seen cross country track-homes.
Is (was) yours 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, kitchen, dinning room, & living room too? We searched for many years to find an affordable ranch that had a dinning room. I hate my windows though. i want to replace them but not sure on what would be better with their odd size.
We'll have to work on getting you the 2 car garage added.

A quick way to check the build date is to check the inspection sticker on the electric panel.
Unless you upgraded electric services then all bets are off.

Just log onto your county website to find the year built. Most counties have that information available on the site.
If not, plan a trip to the Register of Deeds office.
