New SS'* from Chevy
I got a flyer in the mail with my GM Card bill about the two new SS model'* from Chevy. I guess they're making the Impala SS with the same aluminum head, 303 hp, 5.3 liter V8 that'* in the full-size pickup. There'* also going to be a Trailblazer SS with the 6.0 liter, Corvette based, V8 small block at 391 hp and 395 lbs-ft of torque.... It'* gonna be quite the ride!

I've seen the impala ss at the gm auto show in motion its quite a change from the current look and with the new powertrain it looks like chevy is trying to get back in the police car game as well as the new charger (maybe the reason its a four door this time around) ill stop here cause I don't want to start any arguements like crown vic vs caprice etc etc but I guess its inevitable (wow I got off topic)

I passed an impala SS on the highway on the way home last weekend. They are OK looking cars. I would love a trailblazer SS though. Be a great vehicle to tow my bonneville around with.
