Cherokee Project
Well, today after school, the last day of school, 3 of my friends and I went to go buy a Jeep Cherokee for $75. Between the four of us, we have one engine guy and his dad, a body guy and his dad, an electrical guy, and one that just wanted to help/ learn. The Cherokee has the 2.8l V6 with a 5 speed transmission. It is an '84-87' but not quite sure on year. Right now it isn't running, but we think that we will be able to get it running very shortly. This is our first project and we think that it is going to be a lot of fun. We are going to work on this all summer and keep adding to it when we get the money for it and what not. I will try to keep you guys updated with the progress of the project. We are naming the car "Hicktown" , so this will be Project Hicktown. I am looking at this as mostly a learning experience to get me into the auto industry. I will try to get some pictures up in a little bit to let you guys see what this thing looks like. Let me know what you think.
