I have no reason to believe its not legit, but man thats expensive. Maybe in fifteen year it will sell for $100 000 at some auction, so $35K could be a great value.
I forsee some rich Nascar fan buying it and putting it in a glass box.

I'm with Jim on this one... it probably is legit, though I'd ask for the paper-work first from the dealership it was purchased from. (Should be a simple matter for someone really interested in it..the dealership still exists...it'* not like you are calling Yenko in Cannonsburg PA to confirm the authenticity of your '69 Camaro...)
Beyond that.... I wouldn't spend that kind of money for it.

That is what I was saying, but I've never heard of this edition before this (Trying to find Richard Petty styled car lqtm), definately too expensive, but nice looking.

I've actually seen one, although the jacka$$ that owned it let it go to crap. Last I saw, it was literally losing chunks as rust holes connected...I didn't realize that only 1000 were made, though...
