Default Any HVAC specialists?

Just a small problem that probably is a quick fix. I have a good understanding of HVAC, but really don't want to touch anything until that is backed up with someone certified to.

The problem IS, there is no heat. The flame icon on the thermostat is flashing, and even when switched to emergency heat, then they BOTH flash.

Its been getting down into the 30s for the past few nights, so heat would have been nice to have.

If you can help from that minimal information, thats excellent. I've got to run out right now, but will come back and post the model numbers of the Trane air handler (new 2005), thermostat (new 2002) and the Trane heat pump (new 2004, recharged 2/24/0

They charged nearly $200 just to recharge it last time. Not that they don't deserve money for their time, but if I can do it...

My brother and I own a heating and cooling company, but we don't know heat pumps. No need for them in the northern states.

Good luck with the fix.
