I can't believe I forgot RUSH - Red Barchetta

Based on an article in Road and Track (http://members.aol.com/redbarche/ANiceMorningDrive.html ) and with lyrics like:

I fire up the willing engine
Responding with a roar.
Tires spitting gravel,
I commit my weekly crime.

Wind
In my hair
Shifting and drifting
Mechanical music
Adrenaline surge...

Well - weathered leather,
Hot metal and oil,
The scented country air.
Sunlight on chrome,
The blur of the landscape,
Every nerve aware.

how can this not be an awesome car song!! And for those who eon't know, this is a Barchetta

Chevrolet was original done by Taj Mahal. But the Black Crowes did a smoking cover of it. Real funky.

Also for a good driving song - "Go Faster" The Black Crowes

a brilliant Red Barchetta

Audioslave is amazing, songs like "Show me how to live" (a great video, has a challenger flying down roads like you wouldnt believe) "Gasoline", etc. Metallica etc. Lots of guitar! Should see the MP3 cd im authoring today, First track is "Bonneville Bonny" i remixed into "Intro Techno Style" from the ****** soundtrack. It'* KILLA!!! 50 cent "Magic Stick" and "In da Club" are some neat new songs...

Petal to the metal -Kazzer

For songs to listen to while I am driving, I have two 12'* so there is always a lot of hip hop and rap in the changer
Dre 2001 is a great driving album as well as pretty much anything by Snoop
