Default LS4 W-bodies

Have any of you riden in or driven one of the LS4 w-bodies(Monte Carlo, Impala, GP). Holy cow, yesterday I got to go for a ride in a 06 MC SS. The sounds are amazing along with the accleration. Huge 18" tires. Very nice looking.

Yes the 06 MCSS and 05 MCSS are completely different and the v8s are quite a bit faster I believe.

Finally...300+ HP in a FWD V8....

I've love to boot around in one, but not totally interested in owning one yet.

There was a stock GXP at the MIGPC dyno day on saturday that IIRC put down 255whp and over 300wtq. Some guys on clubgp are breaking into the mid 13'* with them. I've seen 13.6'* at 102+ on stock cars.
