It'* 4:42am...
...and I should be in bed. I have no idea what'* keeping me up, but, here I sit.
I'm reading some stuff online, and just noticed there'* an Extenze commercial on my TV right now... lmao
I have that nice eye cakes feeling and I keep having to blink them to keep them from being too blurry...
I guess I'm finally going to bed...especially since I'm posting useless stuff like this...

Of course if your work/school schedule keeps you up at odd hours, you just have to suck it up and try to sleep when you can.

Some people take all the fun out of just being pitiful.
[quote]That is your body'* way of telling you that you are tired and sleep is imminent, you are just fighting back sleep for some reason.

to get to sleep earlier, go to bed earlier. You may also try resetting your Circadian rythm by lowering the lights in your home or adjusting the temperature. Many subtle factors affect the time you feel sleepy. Try eating your final meal of the day earlier.

We just like reading things here!! Maybe it is sad, but I like it in my own world, they know me here.

I sometimes find myself reading old posts to keep me occupied.
And, yes, I am a huge loser. lol But I work nights at work, and usually go to bed at around the same time every night. I try to be in bed by 2:45am, since I have to be up around 10:45am. Sometimes on my weekends I'll stay up passed that, but due to my body being in a sleep cycle I usually am dead tired.
I just wasn't getting tired the other day...
