buyer on ebay trying to scam me (UPDATE, PG 2)
I sold a user a preluber motor 10 weeks ago, 9 weeks after receiving the item he tells me it makes a grinding noise (it is a heavy duty item)...and he demands a refund, again 9 weeks after receiving the item. What should I do? I never once stated it had a warranty or a return policy if it was damaged.
hmm...

After 9 weeks it is on him. If he had contacted you within days of getting it you might have a problem. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just beware of retaliation in feedback.

A LAWYER? Tell him to go for it. Not a lawyer in the world would give a ****.
Deal is done. He abused it for 9 weeks.
