Bush or Kerry?? Political Thread Here. No Flaming Alowed!
Who are you for? Please keep this rated G!!
I will be voting for Bush, why?
1. Lower taxes, Me and my Fiance together make less than 25000 gross a year, this is a big deal!!! All the democrats do is raise taxes, I dont know about you but I do not have the money to spare.
2. He doesn't seem too much for the enviormentallist wackos. WHich I am against cause there the morons who started emissions testing
3. He'* doing a good job defending our country. He doesn't ask for permission from the other countries to do whats right. Whether or not hussien had WMD'*, he was a threat.
Keep in mind that I used to be a die hard Democrat Gov Ed Rendell of PAchanged my mind.I was starting to like Bush when the first child credit was raised from 600 to 1000. I was like ya know this Bush isn't so bad. Then Gov. Rendell passed one of the biggest tax hikes in PA history recently, with the help of some spineless senators. He put new taxes on everything from Beer to Cell phones. Now I surely do not want to pay any more taxes, and thats whats gonna happen if we get a democrat in office.

I think Kerry has it for some reason.
Bush adminstration: 2 Million jobs lost, ran up the countries expenses, and the US has lost credibility in the eyes of the world. Go to war to fight a fight that you didnt think was over...fine, but violate the United Nations and democracy is in question :?
Your taxes go up under democrat rule simply because of the after effects Republican spending. America has debt upto its eyeballs.
We actually do know a thing or 2 about American politics even tho I wave a CDN flag

One thing I got a kick out of was how bush is trying to stimulate the economy. He made it so a company owner can buy a 6000lb+ truck or suv for absoluty nothing. All they have to do is have an annual income of more then what the vehicle costs. This is one reason why the alaskan hummer dealership sold a ton of H2s last year. lots of companys up there, hell even a family doctor who owns their own building can write off an suv or truck over 6,000lbs.

This is quickly going to go from G to R..
Bush=his tax cuts have actually saved me money. I have a child, and I own my own business. This is the first year in a LONG time that I will be getting a REFUND back from the IRS. As far as jobs, I was under the impression that it was closer to 1million lost (not that I am downplaying that, just wanted to make sure I did'nt miss a US to Canadian conversion) and that the economy was in a slow down before the change in administration. I am finding more and more that parties will throw all these numbers around without taking any other numbers into consideration. Not that I am claiming to know, but I did a little bit of research before posting this..does the jobless number take into account:
retirees?
terminations due to employee performance?
imigration?
etc..
The jobless rate is still falling..
Im not saying "Go vote Bush", just make sure you research your canidate, what he stands for, and what his track record is...in it'* entirety!

The February employment report, due on Friday, is expected to show the U.*. economy added jobs at its fastest pace in three years but hiring remains weak by historic standards.
Wall Street expects businesses to have added 125,000 new workers to nonfarm payrolls last month, up from January'* 112,000 increase and the highest figure since July 2000. The unemployment rate is expected to hold steady at 5.6 percent.
