Knight Rider
Children of the 80'* will understand this. Anyone else here wanted (more than a passing interest) to own a KITT? I briefly had an 83 Trans Am about 14 years ago, had big plans to make a KITT, it was black and had a 305. Sadly, it was the biggest clapped out POS I ever owned. Serious neglect and abuse by former owners. Only had it 3 weeks before I sold it and got something else. Didnt hold a baby seat very good anyways.
However, I would like to try again for it someday. HEY! its still a Pontiac right?

no offense intended didnt know if anyone younger would know what I was talking about, guess I was wrong
some of the things KITT could do way back when, are common in todays cars, like GPS map screens for example.
Now if we could get a real one with "pusuit" mode and totally bulletproof, NOW you're talking

Anyone watch the TV movie a few years back? I remember Micheal finding him all boxed up in several crates, and it was just the core stuff...the actual car was scrapped I think. Anyway, in typical Knight fashion, he reassembles the core, applies voltage, and BAM! there'* KITT, telling him "It'* about time someone turned me back on...I have SO mastered PacMan and I need a new challenge" or something like that
He was first put into Micheal'* personal ride...a 57 Chevy....then he went into I think a 'Vette prototype??
