Because it keeps unmarking the new stuff. Is there something I need to do to this computer or something?

I was thinking just that, But the garbage truck drives out in the street so I figured that would be a better place.

But seriously, This keeps happening, It'* like my internet blinks or something, I reload the page and all the new thinga are unmarked.

The little slider in Norton is on Medium, And I have no idea where they've hidden any Cookie settings. this is a AMD 200 with Systemworks 02, It takes forever to get through the norton menus.
