Good for you Brad! (Oh, and you too Karen!)

Welcome to the wonderful world of home ownership and never ending upkeep and repairs... :P

You've been had.

J/K, you'll not regret it!

If it needs paint or other inside work, the time to do it is before you move in.

Congratulations!!

Yeah, I just got back to the apartment to finish the rest of the little stuff. Don, thanks again for lending a hand or two. I have said it before, and I will say it again - you sir, are one of the few good guys left in this world

Jinx found her new home without much problem. Don drove her down to her new digs and aside from the well-known shifting issues she has she done good. She is now tucked away in the garage awaiting teardown. Funny thing...that garage is *just* big enough to hold her and all the life support equipment I plan on getting in the next few days.

Oh, and we met one of the neighbors...gonna have to keep a tazer handy for this one

Don...please help Brad pick out the proper compressor.

Glad to hear you are in and all is good. Good luck finding anything in the move. Some stuff will simply never show up again.
