How do I attach a pic?

Hey! I can't figure out how to place pics in my posts or in my signature! Help!

If you want to change your pic please use the Cardomain thumbnail pic size. Right click>Properties>URL (copy it)> Paste in your sig and add {img] PASTE URL HERE [/img]

I took care of the first one to show you how it will look.
