Lounge For casual talk about things unrelated to General Motors. In other words, off-topic stuff. And anything else that does not fit Section Description.

What does this stuff really mean?

I want to know what the trim levels stand for.

SSE
SSEi
SLE
SE

The only one I can think of is special edition but thats the base model! God forbid theres are just letters Pontiac pulled out of its *** cause I'd be disappointed.

Same reason I do..

Be dissappointed though because they don't mean anything (I believe SLE does, but that'* it).

Wrong.

None of them mean ANYthing (according to a telephone conversation I had personally with Pontiac) EXCEPT the SLE package. It means sport luxury edition.

The rest are just letters.

And don't forget LE.

Well about the only logic you CAN apply to it...and yes I know this is not backed up by anything, so don't kill me.

LE = Luxury Edition
SE = Sport Edition
SLE = Sport Luxury Edition
SSE = Super Sport Edition (Think about it...SS on cars used to mean Super Sport, why would it not apply here?)
SSEi = Super Sport Editon Inducted

Disclaimer: This is only my logic, no one has to listen to me!
