INDIANAPOLIS -- A south-side teen had a scary encounter with her pet snake Monday night.

I had a 7 ft Red tail Boa. Never got bit, but one day he got out and was
curled up on the floor in the dark and looking like he was not ready to get
back in his tank. And me and my sisters didn't try to make him. It was scary!
