biggest tire for 14 inch wheels

what is the widest and tallest tire that i could fit on a rim 14"x5.5" ? I mean the largest that doesnt roll the tire to crap, or cause any other problems. Its for off road use only and will rarely be driven on pavement.

My guess would be a 195 or 205 (leaning more toward this one), but don't quote me on that.
