Default Chrysler Town & Country anyone?

Anyone have experience with these? My new father in law has asked that I replace the valve cover gaskets, as they are leaking oil. I hope it'* just the front, but probably not. I've seen a few pics, and the rear looks to be under the cowl, and not easy to reach. Is it is hard as it looks?

98 3.8L, in case you were wondering.

Mini vans are the worst thing to work on period.

Valve cover gaskets could mean moving major pieces even.
