Default ...THEY MAKE ME SICK

Ever been to club gp?? Maybe you should. Everywhere you go, you will see someone calling someone else a homo, a ***, fat, ugly, stupid, and any other hurtful word your mind can think up . Go on, take a look, tell me what you think and be sure to have a barf bag handy. They seem to think it'* normal to be fighting constantly and be putting others down. They gang up, have cliques, .....all this besides thinking they are king **** for having a 3800.

Why dosn't someone just wipe them off the face of cyber place and put them - and everyone else - out of their misery?

I need an emoticon of someone puking...because they really do make me sick.

I've seen what you're referring to....and worse. You put it mildly, Tam. I'm not impressed. They've got a bunch of 6 year olds over there. I'd hate to administer or moderate that place.

Relax is my comment relax. Who really cares what they do? I mean yes there are bad things in this world and even silly people but really passing judgment on any form is a silly thing to do. There is always the merit that the gp forum does explore all angles of the car and opportunities for the engine. what’* the goal of your comment Tamara? I am interested in the goal? I understand the disgust with the juvenile behavior and I understand who you seem to be and respect that...but why mention it?

Now don’t get me wrong I have nothing against you per say but I am curious why you mentioned it? Without judgment I see a large following of people for the grand prix and they seem to be mostly guys who are fairly young (juvenile in nature) talking on a forum that provides some anonymity giving a moment for freedom of speech and exploration of there self.

Now if they “the bad people” of the GP forum hunted you down and insulted you personally then I would understand totally, but from what I understand you visited there world and didn’t like it.

We Bonneville owners have to be careful if we want to survive.

Just my opinion don’t worry I don’t think anyone is wrong or bad. People just are.

Ty

I think it serves as both an observation and a tale of caution.
An observation is nothing more than that - it'* made into a thread of discussion, much like any other. Why do we bash ricers in various forums? Because it'* a free country (I include our neighbo(u)rs in the Great White North) and we can, that'* why! So why can't she call out the stupid GPers? It'* her right. Of COURSE a lot of them are younger and more immature than Bonneville owners, so some of them act accordingly. And she was commenting on that.

And the tale of caution....I seem to think this board is somewhat better policed, especially by its own members, but I haven't really been into other clubs to judge, but everyone seems pretty well behaved (though I think sometimes that a few of you need to get rooms..... ) It'* just the impression that I get. But that could change at any time. Sure, we get silly, but hopefully it won't break down into one big flame war. So what she'* saying is, if you want a great idea of what we DON'T want to put up with, go over to the GP forum and check out the maturity level, or lack thereof.

Having said that, Ty, you also have a right to retort if you don't agree with her assessment, but I dare say don't question her motives. She doesn't have to ask anyone before she posts something!

And I think GP'* - most of them, anyway, outside the GT and GTP'* - are cheap-*** cars. Just my $0.02. I test drove an SE before I got the opportunity to buy my Bonnie, and I thought "HOW CHEAP!" Which goes to show you that most GP'*, unlike the Bonneville, are marketed toward a younger, less affluent crowd.
