Battery in cavilier.
I notice today drving home that when we stopped at the stop light the the blower would run much slower. The lights would would get darker. I am thinking the battery is going but everthing was on.

only 66k miles on the car, the alternator shouldn't be going yet... I'd say the battery...

A bad battery can kill a good alternator, and vice versa. I don't know how hard the alternator is to remove on the Cavi, but you can have it tested for free at Advanced Auto.

My old 97 Cavy used to do the same thing. Both the alternator and battery were fine. I just dealt with it. Seemed to me that the amps that the alternator put out weren't enough.
