Well, with all the car stuff etc that I do,... I still need to keep eating to the right proportions or hit the gym.
A 1,000 calories (what I strive for) in an hour is a workout. Dakota, think your in shape.. find a Precor 100i and give it a whirl. I don't call it the machine of death for kicks. It really is.

3500 calories = 1lb of bodyweight. eat 500-1000 less and you should be fine. to me theres no such thing as a diet cause your going to end up being deprived and kill someone if you dont eat any fried chicken or pizza or cookies. just keep it moderate and youll be fine. thats what i do, i still eat lots of unhealthy **** and i lost a ton!

I work on the 7th floor and aim for 2 trips up and down the stairs each day.
Ask Justin about the cam job. When I wasn't on the job..well.. when I woke up Sat morning and said stuff was getting done. We ripped the engine apart, cleaned the car, did a cam all the gaskets and had the motor back in the car by 4pm when I headed off to the shower. I think we started about 10-12ish...

Certified.. I'm not sure I'd go all that way, but yeah...he knows how to turn a wrench. And he asks questions on stuff he doesn't know, which is a big perk.
Stop on up.. working on these cars is nothing..

Thanks for the shout out. My work outs consist of walking everywhere. Parking in the farther lot. And always taking the stairs. Also after the beer 'lympics I'm not drinking beer for awhile so I think I'll loose 5 lbs on the merit.

We have several of those Precor 100i'* at my Cardinal Fitness. I should start using my membership again as I'm gaining weight. I'm 6 feet and I'm probably up to 180 right now which isn't good.
