Default Anyone good with switches, actuators, and electronics?

Ok, so for my groups Mechanical Engineering senior design project, we will be using 2 actuator'*, running on DC. They will be set on a clock, or timer, so at that certain time everyday, it will turn on and extend. The actuator has a built in limit switch, that once it reaches full extension, it automatically reverses and retracts.

What I'm looking to do is set it up so all the clock, or timer, needs to do is tell it to turn on. Once it extends and retracts, I would like to set up some sort of switch to tell it to stop feeding current/voltage and shut off, until the next day when the certain time comes around on the clock/timer.

Thanks!

Try Radio Shack. Mouser.com for sure has them, and variations of.
