Maybe you can call the SOS out in AZ and ask them if it has a chance of passing. maybe if it isn't blocking the "feild of view" or whatever they'll let it go... only way to find out is ask though i supose.

Scott, I got your PM.
I was doing some searching on the Arizona MVD Website, but couldn't find anything about windshield cracks. I know your car will have to do an emissions inspection, as well as a short inspection at the MVD office before you can register it. I'm actually just leaving to do mine in about an hour. I have a small rock chip out of my windshield, but it'* barely noticeable. I'll let you know if they give me any trouble. I'll try to ask the inspector about cracks when he'* looking at my car today.
