OK, back on topic. I really do like vans though. My dad had a 85 Chevy G20 with the 4.3 4bbl. Even though it was a V6, it could kick some butt.

Even with a cracked Quadrajunk, the 4.3 ran strong. We got rid of the van cause the parts store wanted 300 bux for a quadrajet we could have got off of any 80'* GM for 20 bucks.

Here'* my parents 1988 Dodge Ram B250 van, to the left of my 93 Bonneville parts car. It has been an awesome van since they bought it in April, 1993 with 65k on it at the time.
We've put over 200k more miles on, camping, towing, racing, and let'* not forget my high school years when I had a license, but no car....yep, it was ultimately known locally and in the surrounding towns to all the kids as the "Shaggitzy Wagon". The van has the Camping package which allows the front bench seat to rotate to face the second bench seat and there is a table thats attached to the side of the van that is secured up or down. When I drove my friend would bring his power invertor and a small tv/vcr combo and strap them to the table. The van was originally the "******* Wagon", but when Austin Powers came out and we played it in the van the first day it was released on VHS the girls renamed it the "Shaggitzy Wagon".
It had the 318 in it'* first year with Fuel Injection, and in it'* better years would get as much as 18 MPG, and with no OD (we much preffered the HD 727 TorqueFlite). SHe still runs well with almost 300k, but a valve job could be done soon as she blows a little blue smoke when accelerating when warm.

Awesome. I think the van craze will come back soon. Call me crazy but I'm "vanastic" about them! (in a noncreepy manner) and if the Bonne blows, I might seriously look into a van and customize it.
