I have a 97 SSE with a front bumper like a SSEI . I had a bulb shatter in the lens and I can't figure out how to get it out of there to empty the shattered glass! I can get the **** off that adjusts the spring, but I can't figure out how to get the side bolts off! They have some kind of back on them and you can't get a wrench on them???? HMM.....???

I'm not sure about the '97s, but on my '95, the stock fogs were held in place with those little plastic pin-'n'-retainer jobs that look kind of like drywall anchors. The pins have a little notch on one side that you can slip a screwdriver into to pry them out, and once the pins are out you can pull the retainer out and the whole thing falls apart. (I think they're the same pieces that you'd find holding your plug wire retainers to the engine brackets under the hood.)
