quick Q about PM'*
How come sometimes I will send someone a PM and it rests in my outbox for up to an hour or so, even if it is my first PM of the day, instead of immediately being sent and therefore showing in my sentbox?

I believe one of them means it'* sent but not read, and the other one means it'* sent and read by the recipient. I assume Outbox means it'* not read, sentbox means it'* been read.
