Anyone else with pitted fingernails?
I've got one nail in particular that has a bunch of little pits in it. Several others have a couple pits in them. Google tells me I might have psoriasis. That and the lengthwise ridges (though fairly subtle) could mean liver disorder or anemia. As far as I know, I don't show any other symptoms...
I think I'm falling apart. Anyone else have fingernail oddities that do or don't mean something?

the white spots sometimes indicate vitamin/mineral deficiency. Pitted nails are (as Google told you) usually psoriasis. I have very mild psoriasis that actually affects just certain parts of my hands and around my eyes. It really only flares when I eat something or are exposed to something i'm allergic to. Believe it or not, a lot of people (me included) are convinced that mild detox remedies work. They might work on nail psoriasis too. After spending 1 hour a day in a sauna (Infrared Heat) for about a week, my psoriasis visibly cleared and was gone in a couple of weeks. sweating all that junk out did the trick. anyway, longwinded response. breathe scott, breathe.
