Actually... They were filmed everywhere. The houses are on the East Side of St Paul. The frozen lake in the first one is Lake Phalen in St Paul. The Snowmobile scene was in Phalen Park
I jusyt watched the second again last night. The bar used for the exterior of Slippery'* in that one is about 2 blocks north of University and Broadway in NE MPLS, and the interior is Nye'* in MPLS. The bakery is on Rice Street in the North End of St Paul. And the Oktoberfest was filmed in Stillwater, by the liftbridge.
I have no idea, though, what lake they used in the second one. Could have been in Faribault. Only been there once, and was drunk for most of it.
But Faribault and Wabasha are more than a couple of miles apart. Probably an hour or more. I go down to Wabasha all the time. The Missus and I love to go down there to get away from The Cities.

back on topic kinda there are 6-8 at where I work alone so they are every where and the one guy that has a 03 ssei is running it into the ground and it sucks to see I even offered to help him get it running better again but he said no
