Ya, I always start after breakfast and no hurry. Things go better that way. I need to brush off my brakes and hit everything with the BBQ paint again too. I have red peeking thru here and there. Soon as we get some green down here, I'm going to photo shoot the new paint job.

The hub trick looks awesome and easy. One of those "why didn't I think of that over the years" Of course not that many years ago, you just took off the nut and it all fell out. Ooooo the bearings I used to wash out with gas and repack. I kinda miss the annual ritual..... not

I have a half empty one. The Boat trailer wheels (4) get packed yearly. Was just thinking about it when this cold spell set in.

After a lot of polishing, it just didn't look right. The surface just wasn't as shiny as I thought it should be. So I went out and picked up this.
P4100005.jpg
A little bit of hand rubbing and here'* the results.
P4100002.jpg
So I did the whole hood with that. Made short work of the haze.
Time to wash my baby.
P4100006.jpg
She was a dirty girl.
P4100007.jpg
And now, she'* clean.
P4100008.jpg
But she don't don't have that shine.
P4100009.jpg
Good, but not good enough for me.
P4100010.jpg
And threw the power of the internet, several hours have passed.
P4100011.jpg
A good coat of NXT
P4100012.jpg
Still needs a good polishing, just didn't have the time today.
P4100013.jpg
But, this is the first photo shoot of the year.
P4100015.jpg
But she should still turn a few heads when going down the road.

What a ***** your car is!! Looks good as always Dan. I'm not picking on you, just curious if it'* just the pic or is the shade difference between the hood, bumper and grille is that noticable in person?

Not sure what picture you see a big difference in. The fender is in need of some TLC, needs a lot of polishing. Winter was hard on it. The hood is a very close match color wise. But as I said, I need to polish the rest of the car. So the hood is polished and the rest isn't. I did find a few spots where I need to wet sand the hood a bit more. I can see it when the light hits it just right. I'll only sand it if it bugs me to much.
