well i finally got around to reinstalling xp
so when i did i did not re-portion the drives, i just formatted the 50GB C: one and installed XP
to my HUGE surprise when i got into XP and looked at my "Download" 430GB drive everything i thought i lost was still there
so im VERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! happy right now

yea but on my C drive is just software and games. i lost nothing
i put all the important stuff on the D: drive
and the really important stuff on my Raid 1 drives

Just my luck, i started getting errors and crashing again
so i ran a Memtest... yay All Red Address Errors
so time to RMA my 2GB and use the 4 512mb'* i have laying around.
at lest i found what my problem was...
only 6 months Later
i put all the important stuff on the D: drive
and the really important stuff on my Raid 1 drives
