Default Ahh weird links in internet explorer!! (spyware, adware?)

I'm not sure when this happened but when I right click in a window along with the usual options such as "Back" "Select All" "Copy" and "Properties" I get a list of other options like "Business" "Car Insurance" "Games" "Loans" and a whole host of others. I've used 3 different nice spyware/adware/hijacker removers and none of them have removed it. Clicking one of the options flashes a small screen VERY quickly, you can only see the outline. Other than that they do nothing. How the heck do I get rid of this? Uninstalling internet explorer always makes windows take a crap so I'd like to avoid that if possible. Any ideas?
