Advice for P2P users
For those of you naughty folks who use P2P programs, you may definitely want to consider checking out Spybot *&D at http://security.kolla.de/
I made the mistake of installing Grokster on my system, and Spybot finally ended my 2 week struggle to make all the crap it installed go away. It found about 15 or 16 different spyware programs on my system.
One thing, though, it has been highly suggested by other users that you not "Immunize" your computer with this program, just run regular checkups. The specifics were a little hazy as to the problem this caused, though.
