I am sure that Jim just had a bit of oversight with Jeff (Teuobk), who apparently bribed himself to become an Administrator of his own club (BonnevilleClub.com) 
It goes without saying that the owner can bestow upon himself whatever title he chooses, and because we are all indebted to him, we don't question his authority 
We have all said it many times, Jeff...but thanks for the site!

So.....way back in the day, Hector was a Moderator, and not too long after, Jeff asked me to be Techinfo Administrator.....cuz I can't stop the damn fingers, and the quest for knowledge. Soon after, Deathrat was added as Moderator. The Rat got bizzy with Bonneville Attitude after the transition from the Yahoo group, and Hector and I were made REAL Adminstrators. I think Technically, Hector beat me, cuz Techinfo Adminsistrator doesn't really count for much eh? 
After that, With Jeff, Hector and I as Admins, Jeff pretty much left it up to Hector and I to hire moderators (with the right to remove that power without notice )
Hector and I devised a plan where we would each pick one Mod, but the other had to agree. I picked Don (Jr's3800), and soon after, due to site growth, Hector chose Tim (95bonnevilleSESC).
Trying to continue the tradition, we decided to let Don choose next, and Tim after that. All the existing staff had to agree still, with final approval from Jeff. So Don picked Jimbo (postwhore extrordinaire), and Tim eventually picked Kyle (Allmachtige).
Before Kyle was made Mod, Hector stepped down as Admin due to his status as a Vendor. We survived for a time with Just Jeff and I, with the Moderator team (minus Kyle.....just the 3, Don, Jim, and Tim), until we went through a bad time, and I needed help keeping up with the Admin duties. That was when Jeff agreed to move Don up, and replace him with some other sucker.
This last one was a real bitch. There were alot of members considered, and I didn't envy Tim in the least.
To take it even further, Complinitor was annointed Treasurer, due to his fantastic abilities (with unanimous mod/admin votes), and Fud and acg were made grease monkeys or some-such in much the same manner.
I have some closing thoughts before the history book closes, and I step back down from the soapbox:
1. I would like to personally thank our creator and owner, Jeff Keacher for a fantastic place to spend my spare time, and to tell him I appreciate the respect and trust he has in me. It was a HELL of an honor to be asked to be an Administrator. I love this place, and the role I play here.
2. I would also like to personally thank every member here for making this the place that it is. I believe this is exactly what Jeff intended when he created this site, and it takes a special group of people with character and mutual respect for each other to make it work. This is why it'* getting harder and harder to add moderators.
3. The other Admins, Mods, and general 'staff'.......you guys do a great job. You have the admiration and respect of every member here (except the guys we banned). I see this every day, and it makes this a better place to be, as well as making my job alot easier.
This is a great place, and I'm proud to say you ALL are my family in a way (yes, even including the Rat, but don't let that out )
